Jamielynn Pellegrino
As Co-Founder of Renewed Wellness & Aesthetics and owner of the practice’s management entity, I bring over 20 years of business management experience to the world of healthcare and aesthetics. My passion has always centered around patient care, wellness, and beauty helping others feel their very best from within, while reflecting that confidence outward. I believe in not only living a life of health and longevity but also in looking and feeling your best while doing so.
At 43, I’m proud to balance life as a wife and mother of three incredible children while building a business rooted in trust, elevated service, and an innovative, patient-first approach. Creating Renewed Wellness & Aesthetics was a natural step in my personal and professional growth, allowing me to combine my business background with my long-standing passion for wellness and aesthetics.
I take a hands-on role in both the operational and patient experience aspects of the practice, ensuring every detail reflects the level of care and excellence our patients deserve by creating a space where they feel welcomed, relaxed, and truly at home.

Frank Albano, DNP
Dr. Frank Albano is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in adult health and wellness, with over 20 years of experience in endocrinology. At Renewed Wellness, he takes a personalized, evidence-based approach to help patients achieve lasting, meaningful results.
He provides medically supervised weight loss, hormone optimization, IV hydration therapy, peptide therapy, and trigger point injections. He treats conditions such as thyroid disorders, low testosterone, and menopause-related symptoms to restore balance, improve energy, and enhance overall well-being.
His approach is rooted in individualized care, combining medical expertise with lifestyle guidance to support long-term health and sustainable results.
Dr. Albano earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Stony Brook University and is committed to promoting wellness through education and patient-centered care.

As the Clinical Director of Wellness & Aesthetics, Stephanie brings 10 years of experience in both hands-on and administrative patient care. She is passionate about creating an environment where patients feel comfortable, confident, and truly cared for.
Stephanie oversees clinical operations and patient experience while also curating our social media presence—ensuring our brand, patient education, and overall experience are seamlessly aligned both in-office and online.
Injector Nicole Hamilton, BSN ,RN
Nicole Hamilton, BSN, RN is a results-driven aesthetic nurse injector bringing confidence to every face she treats. Known for her eye for symmetry and bold yet balanced results, she helps clients step into their most confident, elevated selves. Nicole has a background as a registered nurse in the surgical/trauma intensive care unit, where she thrived in high-pressure environments requiring precision, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
She now channels that same level of expertise and dedication into her aesthetic practice, combining advanced clinical knowledge with an artistic approach to facial balancing. Passionate about enhancing natural beauty rather than altering it, Nicole creates customized treatment plans that leave her clients looking refreshed, refined, and effortlessly confident.

Angela Pagano, PA-C
Angela is a Physician Assistant with over five years of clinical experience and three years specializing in aesthetic injectables. With a background in neurosurgery, she combines advanced anatomical knowledge with a precise, artistic approach to deliver natural, balanced results.
Originally from Smithtown, Long Island, Angela is passionate about helping patients feel confident and refreshed.
Outside of work, she enjoys staying active at the gym and spending time with her mini dachshund, Oakley.
